Anita Barone

Barone appeared in the fourth-season Seinfeld episode The Shoes as Gail Cunningham a chef who wanted Elaine Benes shoes. She was a member of the cast for the television show Carol & Company in early 1990s alongside actress Carol Burnett. Barone appeared as Carol Willick Geller's ex-wife in the initial Friends appearance. The show ended her time as she wanted to pursue an additional full-time job. She was to be replaced by Jane Sibbett. Barone was a guest on The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the initial season (from 1995 to 1996) as well as in The War at Home between 2005 to the year 2007. Then, in 2000 Barone has also appeared in her sitcom Daddio. The other credits on television include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthuasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. In 2004, Barone received her 2005 Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award to be recognized for her part in the feature film One Last Ride. Barone took on the role of the mother to Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones in 2010 three years after the release to The War at Home. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones his former husband of the character played by Barone on two of the episodes.
